    Who we are and what we do

    These Terms govern the services of Adventour World 21 EOOD, UIC (ЕИК) 200787116, Sofia, Bulgaria ("VIP Escapes"). VIP Escapes provides concierge, travel and hospitality arrangement services only: itinerary planning, accommodation, transport, security, dining, event access, and introductions to licensed gaming venues. VIP Escapes does not organize, offer or operate gambling. All gaming services are provided exclusively by casinos licensed by the Bulgarian National Revenue Agency (NRA). Any playing funds are deposited by you directly with the licensed casino, in your own name, under the casino's terms and its regulatory obligations. VIP Escapes does not hold, transmit or manage client playing funds.

    Eligibility

    Our services are available only to persons aged 18 or over. By submitting an enquiry you confirm you are 18+ and that using our services and visiting casinos is lawful in your country of residence. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your own jurisdiction, including tax reporting obligations.

    Bookings and payments

    An itinerary becomes binding when confirmed in writing by both parties. Concierge fees and third-party costs (hotels, transport, security, extras) are itemized in the confirmed itinerary. Payments to VIP Escapes cover concierge and travel services only. Cancellation terms are stated per itinerary; third-party cancellation policies apply as passed through.

    Our responsibilities and limits

    We select reputable, licensed partners with due care. We are not a party to any gaming transaction between you and a casino and bear no responsibility for gaming outcomes, casino decisions (including refusal of entry or play), or winnings payments, which are the casino's sole responsibility under its license. Our aggregate liability is limited to the concierge fees paid for the itinerary concerned, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

    Privacy and confidentiality

    Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy. Client identity and trip details are treated as confidential. NDAs available on request.

    Responsible gaming

    We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where we have reason to believe a client is experiencing gambling-related harm, is self-excluded, or where continuing would breach any law. See our Responsible Gaming page.

    Governing law

    Bulgarian law governs these Terms. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
