What data we collect

Enquiry form: full name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, approximate travel dates, destinations of interest, special requests, preferred language and contact method. Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic analytics data. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18. Our services are strictly 18+.

Why we process your data

• Responding to your enquiry and preparing a personalized itinerary (steps prior to entering a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Providing concierge and travel services (performance of a contract).
• Marketing communications only if you opt in (consent).
• Compliance with legal obligations such as accounting and AML where applicable.

Who receives your data

Our staff bound by confidentiality obligations; service providers strictly necessary for delivery (hosting, communication tools per your chosen contact method, accounting); partner casinos and hotels — only the data needed to arrange your stay, and only after you confirm a booking; public authorities where required by law. We never sell your data. We never share it for third-party marketing.

International transfers

If you contact us from outside the EU, your data is processed in the EU. Where a service provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Enquiry data: 24 months after last contact, unless a contract follows. Contractual and accounting records: as required by Bulgarian law (up to 10 years for accounting documents).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Confidentiality by design

Enquiries are accessible only to our senior concierge team. On request, we can conclude a non-disclosure agreement before any details of your trip are discussed.
